Inclusive Leadership

Companies continue to rely on diverse; multidisciplinary teams that increasingly combine women's and men's collective capabilities, people of different cultural heritage, differently-abled, younger, and older workers. In this module, learners realize that to lead diverse teams better, serve diverse customers, and work with diverse stakeholders: such a heterogeneous team needs a heterogenous-minded leadership at all levels of the organization.
