Skills of Inclusive Conversations

For the longest time, organizations and society declared it inappropriate to discuss matters that rightfully seemed to divide colleagues and communities. Conversations that caused political or social tensions were avoided at all costs. It was assumed that such conversations could quickly point the employees towards realizing that their colleagues or leaders had biases. In this module, learners familiarize themselves with the fact that the newfound privilege for future social growth is that we must all be vulnerable yet brave enough to have these difficult conversations. In this session, we offer participants an opportunity to open up and share in an environment full of empathy, respect, and void of victims and perpetrators.
