Employer Job Seeker Connection

In a highly competitive employment environment, establishing, growing, and leveraging your professional community can make all the difference as you search for your initial work opportunity, improve satisfaction at your current job, or find your next work adventure. In this training, clients will learn how to tap into existing personal and professional networks to find their tribe and then leverage their professional community for their benefit (and sometimes the benefit of your employer!). Clients will differentiate between networking and networking with intention and will also discover the most effective ways to ask for help from your peer or professional group. Finally, clients will understand how being courageous to meet people can be extremely valuable in growing their professional community and contributing to company success. All these, whether public communication comes easy to a client or not. Training also covers how to reach out to employers and recruiters in a professional manner; from choice of words to appropriate attire. We also host professional networking breakfast events to enable clients to put their new skills into practice and make professional connections, which most times can lead to employment.
